All the slow motion...

...was it really necessary?

I think it gave a really delicious voyeuristic appeal, you get to really scrutinize the characters in a way that you don't get to in real life.

ALSO I just watched an interview with him where he says that the visuals were as shallow as the love they feel, so thats why he focused on it.

I loved the slow motion... it felt like I was looking at beautiful photographs, and I had time to take in all the colours and textures. I thought the imagery was delicious.

I LOVED the slow motion. Made me focus on the characters even more and what they had to be feeling at the time.
