Movies 24 in the UK question

does anyone know why, of all the 10 year old movies, this seems to be the one that Movies 24 has in constant rotation? (when it's not christmas).
There must be far better Hallmark/Lifetime pictures than this in their archives that they could be showing (both in my opinion, and also judging by the reviews, and by this board where almost all the threads are laying into it)
So why? Is it a contract thing? Is there some loophole whereby they can show it without paying loyalties to anyone? My only other guess is that it's to showcase it as an early vehicle for Ashley Williams (now a Hallmark/Lifetime regular), but surely she's got better films too.
