What did everyone think?

It was fun to see Chevy and Beverly back as Clark and Ellen (and the Griswold Family Truckster was a nice touch), but over all I didn't think this was great.

I guess I shouldn't have expected much. It was only a short, and made for promotional purposes.

Still, it did make me hungry for a new Vacation movie.

For what it was, a short little 15 minute movie with hardly any budget, I thought it was great.

It showed us atleast that Chase and D'Angelo have still got it and that a full movie would work wonders.

Agreed. And in 15 short minutes it managed to beat the crap out of Christmas Vacation 2.

Easily, yes, lol.

It was enjoyable and had some good laughs. Most importantly, it was great to see the Griswolds (and their Truckster) again.

Chevy is never going to have the energy he did when he was younger, and he doesn't seem as funny to me these days. Nevertheless, I'd be there opening night if he was in a new Vacation movie.

I felt that it showcased that Chevy still has the raw comedic materials to give at least one more real Vacation film a go (albeit, they'd have to work his age in a bit to the plot - I think it could still work, though).

If only they hadn't wasted the potential by linking the thing to a damn travel agency ad campaign, and hired better scripwriters/director.

This short ad was much better then the new vacation movie, too bad they didn't expand this little story line for the movie. That new one ruined the entire vacation series.
