DVD Release?

Does anybody know when the DVD is due to be released in Australia? I'd like to get a copy from Ebay...

Thank you Bosco. I see it is getting released in the US on April 20th so I'm hoping that they'll release it in Europe too.

Now IMDB says the release is September of 2012. I would imagine the DVD release comes after that?

The DVD came out a few days ago here in Australia!
It's a shame for Americans that the release was pushed back to September, but I guess the upside of that is a big awards-season push.

Does the Aussie DVD have any extras (commentary, deleted scenes, etc...)? I'd be interested in getting it if it does.

There's a commentary by Fred Schepisi which I am yet to watch, and a Q&A with Schepisi and Rush. Not bad, but I wish there was more! Would have been fascinating to have a look behind the scenes, especially with such a visually spectacular film. They could have done an entire documentary on the production design alone.

I recall Schepisi mentioning in an interview that a number of great scenes ended up on the cutting room floor. I was hoping these were included on the Aussie DVD. A shame if nobody thought to include them on the blu-ray.

Sycamore Entertainment has anounced a DVD release for the end of January 2013. They try to enter the Oscar race, too.
