Her character is so freaking b#tchy she even argued and seemed like a b#tch with her family when they come to town.
My God, the woman is brutal.
And why is there a picture of her w/ Kim Jong Il in the background in her office on tonight's show ("Control" 7/25/13)
Kinda weird. Incredibly obvious, too.
I initially complained about her character, too, but it seems like she's not a big presence in most eps (after the season premiere), so I can deal with her at this point.
Still don't see much point to the Aussie neighbor, though...

But Locklear is affecting the show in other ways. Have you noticed that we don't see much of Carmen & Pindar in the same episode? Aside from the premiere they've pretty much rotated each episode. Locklear's salary must be awfully hefty and they've had to reduce costs at the expense of the other actors and she hardly seems worth it to me. Her character adds zilch to the show. A robot with a blonde wig would have been able to emote more, and I'm pretty sure could show more facial expressions. Her presence does little to improve the ratings so I still don't understand why she is there. She needs to go.

I think they are trying to bring back some of the 90's. Her In Franklin and Bash, John Stamos in Necessary Roughness and so on...

I agree, her acting is very robotic. Sometimes it feels like that's how the character is supposed to be portrayed, but she doesn't do a good job with it at all. It's like she doesn't even bother learning her lines and instead has someone standing off to the side with cue cards.

and I think that he's a great addition
makes me mad that it was cancelled...but, I understand that he might not have been back anyway...

shareI thought they added her to give the show some oomph (which I didn't think it needed). I think she's ruining the show! I like her, but not in this role. Her character sucks, and her acting sucks. I want her to go away. She's ruining this season.
