I did not see that coming. At all. What a great performance.
He gave me goosebumps when he told her that kid "was going to hurt *OUR* dog." It was like.... a freeze-up moment, of is she getting out of this, ever?
He looked very worried at the end, when she went back for her coat, as if he was worried he would have to kill her too.
This is clearly high up on my list of favorite movies now.

I agree it was great but I don't think he meant to kill her in any scenario. He knew like he said that she would not talk to authorities about what happened, she just wasn't the type of person that would. He was worried, about her not comming back I think. I think he is a man who doesn't say much because he means everything he says and he meant it when he said he would stay away from her if she asked him to.
Not saying Bob is perfect obviously he isn't, but he is a man of his word and a good judge of character.
