Marv on Bob's mental capabilities

In 11th minute Marv said to Bob: "Well, it's a dog. It's not like some long-lost retarded
relative shows up in a wheelchair...a colostomy bag hanging out of his ass. Says, "I'm yours now. Take care of me." It's not that."

Could this possibly be referred to Bob?

I don't really think so. Bob and Marv has very different personality. A good heart guy and a so so one. Bob want to rescued and be nice is the way he want to come back from dark place (killed one guy)

Could it be maybe he's talking about his father? We know he's in a home on life support.
