Is Eddie a real police dog?
Just wondering if he is a real police dog or a stunt dog. If he isn't, he is trained really well, as he acts like the real thing to me.

Thing that struck me with Eddie was that often you see them looking to a trainer for instruction, however in this you could see him looking to Steve in some scenes. Especially when they were coming up to the House looking for Hector Garcia, very well trained and at 2 years old must have some real smarts about it.
I noticed that as well; that he was looking to Steve when they were coming up to the house! He was really looking several times at Steve, and being exceptionally attentive, which is why I wondered if he had police dog training.
He does seem like a smart dog! I wonder if they are giving him some "police dog training" for the show. That would be pretty cool.
