Decent Movie With A Couple of Annoying Exceptions...

1. The scene when they are spoon feeding the audience Tobin's back story. I can't stand this kind of childish storytelling they feel is necessary so they don't confuse the slower members of the audience. It's this kind of thinking that put the horrible narration in Blade Runner. The smart move would have been to leave the back story to conversations between Matt and Tobin while they were on the run. It would have been nice to have a give and take between them about each other. It would feel more natural that way. That whole background discussion at Langley was horrible. Why would those people be discussing the things they would already know like it was the first time they were hearing it.

2. Locking down the Embassy was stupid. You do that and it sends out a signal that something is going on there. You would not want to do something that was going to be so obvious. How was the tactical team going to discreetly pop in and out now that everyone was going to be watching the place. The embassy is probably already being watched on some level 24/7, but now you have their full attention. Every spook in South Africa would be locked onto the place. Might as well have spray painted FOLLOW ME on their vehicles.
