The trailer has been up for some time now, is this still waiting on finances or has it done its limited theater run and festivals already?

shareI saw it tonight at the Iris Prize Festival in Cardiff (UK) and there was a Q&A session with Casper. He said that the DVD is still aways off as the film will still be doing the festival circuit for a few months yet.
There will always be women in rubber flirting with me.
Casper is now on Facebook trying to raise $25,000 to get the film released to theatres (www.kickstar.com). However it WILL be coming out on DVD and Blu-Ray soon even if it doesn't hit theatres.

shareJust received my copy of the DVD. Had a quick look and now eagerly looking forward to sitting down tonight to watch the film properly.
From my quick glance at the film I have to say that Matthew is increadibly good looking :)
Like many young gay men, I've seen my share of awful unwatchable gay indie flicks: this one is actually pretty good!
Seriously. Of course, like many gay indie movies--it will always be under the umbrella of "shooting from the hip"/slightly off mainstream, in its overall style and quality.
But I give it props for a decent story that doesn't just overuse tired cliches and stereotypes. There ARE many in this movie, but that's the gay lifestyle. The way they handle it is more intelligent and less exploitive than usual. And it's entertaining to boot.
