That little beautiful airhead looks so timid she can barely hold a kitchen knife properly let alone convince us she's supposed to be this master chef/caterer!

And her character? A beautiful yet uptight control freak!!!!

Well, she convincingly played a restaurant owner in "Life As We Know It" with Josh Duhamel. Now if they could have gotten together in this movie, and Bon Jovi with SJP, that would have been better.

You had a problem with Heigl as a chef, but not Halle Barry as a nurse, Michelle Pfeiffer as a dowdy receptionist, Cary Elwes as a doctor, Common as a soldier or Hilary Swank as vice-president of the Times Square Alliance?

How do you know what she can and can't do? Do you know her personally? Plus, she is acting, playing a role. Do you think the actors who play superheroes really have special powers?

That didn't bother me, but the food quality did. When Jensen asked if the kitchen was open, she said for dessert it was: Truffles, cupcakes, jello. Now, the truffles, yes, but jello and cupcakes for a high profile party? Seems weird. I would think creme brulee or chocolate mousse.

i agree Heigl does not sell this well..
