Despite the 2011 Steven Soderbergh film enjoying a surge in popularity during the coronavirus criss, ITV viewers found it distasteful that the film was being broadcast on TV on Thursday night. As one tweeted: “ITV screening Contagion? Really? Might as well throw in Cabin Fever, Dawn of the Dead and a Walking Dead marathon.”

reply

I just started my own Walking Dead marathon yesterday. Haven't seen Cabin Fever but since it was recommended I'll check it out.

reply

Change the channel if its upsetting.

It's one of those rare Hollywood movies where the the moviemakers actually did some research. It's fairly realistic and some people might get something out of it.

reply

showing it on national tv will probably save some lives

reply

No- SOME British people complained... as some always fuckin do.
