Blake Oldfield does seem to be quite unpopular amongst fans of the show.

Blake is also my least favorite. My theory is that he's a character only Australians can fully relate to since surfing is more relevant there (I'm American).
Originally Gran was the only character I liked, but now I can also appreciate Daniel and Nathan as well as Jen. Oh and I also don't really like S. Mouse. But at least I can appreciate the concept behind S. Mouse (modern rappers), whereas Blake is just not entertaining at all to me.
Blake is boring i find, pretty much every other character is entertaining, even S.mouse makes me laugh at times, but every time Blake appeared it was like meh
shareI actually liked Blake, thought he had some funny moments. I didn't care much for Tim's storyline, the overbaring mum thing was boring, you knew how it'd end and I swear that kid said 'I don't like being in Japan, but I get to skate and that's what I love' about a million times.
Nathan and Daniel were my favourites and although S.mouse was a pretty simple story I liked it purely because it nailed exactly what Soulja Boi is like. And I hate Soulja Boi.

Blake is one of my favs!! Hes a good guy with a big heart, and hes so funny without knowing it! Fat boy surf club, "stacks on Julian!!" When hes playing ping pong and he says, "where were yah, where were yah!!" "3 twenty cent coins, its a dollar add it up dickhead!" The part when Hunter is kicking Black in the crotch over and over, and Blake says, "didnt hurt, didnt hurt!!" Cmon guys...list goes on!!

Blake is one of my favorites! Though I love surfing, so I guess I just relate to it more than others. S.Mouse was my least fav by far. Everyone else I loved!
