Tom hardy is good in this

it shows he can be a charismatic guy in a mainstream movie. What the hell happened with his terrible max performance then?

Tom was the ONLY thing good about this film. But even his talented self didn't make me keep the week long rental longer than 16 hours. I wanted it gone and away from me as quickly as possible without throwing it in the trash. I took it to work with me so that I wouldn't have to go back home and get it to return it. Terrible movie visually, the premise, script, editing-everything but Hardy. This movie even decreased Reese's and Pine's cache. But hey, everyone has bills to pay so what's a little fluff.

As for Mad Max, Hardy stated that he didn't understand the vision of George Miller or how to play it, really. After viewing the film in its entirety, he apologized to Miller for being so myopic (short-sighted). He is currently in production on the sequel, so I predict his performance will be quite an improvement over the first.

He and the film was great.
What are you talking about?

I usually see him (or not see him) because he's so deep in character so I'm so glad that I'm now able to identify him and be a big fan.

People are so cruel and critical.
