The last several episodes we have been struck by how much Nikki is resembling Erin, even though they are not related, or are they? It must be deliberate to have that much resemblance.

she does look much better with longer hair, and the op is right Nikki is turning into her mom.
shareWhile part of it (her looks) is the part of some AMAZINGLY lucky casting (I mean, Danny, Jamie and Erin don't even look related, much less anything like Frank) and part is some of the best writing I've seen in a while. Neither of Danny's boys act like they are either Danny or Linda and in most TV the kids are just wildly different form the parents. It makes sense that Nikki would act like her strongest role model.
