Is anyone going to try the UK version, now that this is over?

I've been thinking about trying the UK version, however its going to be hard accepting new characters, I have this feeling there is no way they could be as likeable as our Sally, Josh and Aiden! But I figured I might as well give it a shot.

Anyone who hasn't seen the UK version have the same thought, or does anyone that has seen it have anything good/bad to say about it?

Thoughts!

parts of it are good but some parts are terriable like the ending in season 4

I loved the UK version. It's the original after all. I miss Mitchell, George, Nina & Annie.

Yeah, you should check out Being Human (U.K.). It's a good show. All five series of the original are available on Netflix and Hulu.

There are some changes in the later series, but I recommend sticking with the show until the end. Avoid the imdb forums for both versions of Being Human until you're done with the show because you might come across major spoilers for the original. Also, you really have to pay attention to the last episode to understand the final scene.

When you've finished the show, here's the alternate ending had the U.K. version been renewed for another series:

I do miss the orginals

I watched the original UK show first, and never liked the US version as well. To me, there was more humour in the UK show and more chemistry between the actors as well - though I thought the US actors were better together in later seasons. The UK cast changed halfway through the series' and I still loved it as well.

Give it a go, you might like it!

People dont want to try it thats the problem

The UK version is superior in my opinion, and I'm an American.

why do you say that since they got rid of the orginal cast?

I watched the UK version first too. It's excellent and diverges a lot of the US version.

The characters have the same names, but the acting and style is completely different. I thought the UK one had more humor too.

To be honest, I preferred the UK version if I had to chose. The US version is easier on the brain though. A lot more twists in the UK version.

Actually they don't. The original UK cast was Mitchell, Annie and George. Then Hal, Tom and Alex.

Liked the UK version (which I saw first), Loved the US version. For me, Annie can't hold a candle to her counterpart Sally, and Sally is what totally made the show.

I've already seen it from beginning to end. It's a lot funnier, but I like the story of the US version much better.
