Looks very lazy, almost as if this was made as a college class project. In the words of the angry video game nerd, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!?

It was supposed to be a direct to DVD movie, so the budget wasn't huge for an animated flick. Seriously though, I think some of my PS2 games looked better.

Inside Out cost 175 million, while Norm of the Norm of the North cost 18 million. So I think it gets somewhat of a pass for the bad animation. But the character design is still awful and the humor is almost inexcusably embarrassing.
