Kelly's daughter Eva

Is so adorable. She has a doll face; cannot believe she came from
Kel's genepool. And regardless of how you look when photographed:
You look an utter MESS.

Well, I'm not crazy about children (and therefore don't have any, wise choice on my part :->), so her daughter gets on my nerves. :-)

Now if she had a cute little infant, yes, I'd love to see the baby on TV.

The daughter is so cute, I agree.

Well - she might be cute, but I didn't care for her rude reaction to her grandmother's remark that she was going to Walmart. The grandma didn't say she was going to buy clothes there, for chrissake.

What's the matter with going to Walmart to buy a bottle of aspirin or some toilet paper? Let's be real, Walmart is the most economical place to shop for many things, and there's an economic crisis going on, including in Eva's world. That Kelly passes along this kind of snobbery to her daughter says something about her parenting.

The daughter seems rather spoiled actually, and Eva's incursions into her mother's busy workplace must be annoying to some of the busy employees.

At first I thought it was snobbery with the "don't go to walmart" comments, but at the very end of the scene Eva says that Walmart is the enemy of Target. Could it just be that Target is a store she likes or something?

reply

I honestly think it was a family joke. Just like people pick college football teams and battle it out, they pick stores. Kelly and Eva are all about Target, and Kelly's Mom is all about Wal-Mart, so they tease her! I don't think they meant any harm.

reply

I thought that was rude also.

I was thinking that maybe a lot of Designers that Kelly has worked for has designed for Target. I think John Paul Gaultier has a Line there now.

If you read Kelly's blogs on bravotv.com, it says she wears Target pajamas to bed, so I don't really think she's snubbing Walmart. Just sounds like they prefer Target.
