Greasy haired meth heads

Why does everyone in her office look like they haven't showered in days? Seriously, if I was a designer and walked in on this crew of unwashed meth heads I would take my business elsewhere.

The don't look like drug addicts to me.

But I like that many of them are not what most people would expect to be fashion people. Stephanie V looks like the typical fashonista and yet he can't do the job to save her life. I'd definitely take my business to Kelly, and she will groom her staff in time.

The greasy hair, dark circles under the eyes scream meth head to me.One episode a girl was wearing blue jean shorts and flip flops.I understand the concept of "casual Friday" but I don't know any office setting that would allow that.

My office can wear flip flops on Fridays in the summer. We're pretty small though.

The only rule I've ever heard Kelly say was that WHATEVER you wore had to be black.

Meth heads can't work. They can't even walk in a straight line.
More likely workaholics with foodie issues.

Meth heads can't work? Since when? You get some of the best work out of a tweaker that just did a bump.

I seriously doubt Kelly's PR firm would get where it is today if it were run by meth heads. The dark circles under their eyes are likely from not getting enough sleep. The only greasy hair I see is on boss lady Kelly, who is well-respected and knows her business.

Question: Why did Emily get to wear pajamas?

But everything in fashion can be considered a risk, because fashion is one big risk in and of itself! **sarcasm**

Not really the "fashion" that's a problem.More the "nobody has washed their hair or their ass in a week" look I am referring to.

Kell should enforce a better dress code for herself and her employees. She should spruce things up a bit; make it business/casual (not the tacky, stank look currently in use).

Geez, they're in fashion, for goodness sake! LOOK the PART.

Because she's a partner...Robyn did it too.

Well they actually explain that in the show. Even though the show is unscripted, it still answers a lot of questions that are brought up during the season.

Several cast members have stated that they work from the time dawn all the way till midnight. There is this one episode where Stephanie gets her hair shampooed and dyed by her co-worker which used to be a hair stylist in CA. She states that she hasn't had time to wash her hair in days because she's only had time to maybe sleep 4 hours a night and the rest of her time she spends at the office.

I think that for Kelly, its more about the product and service that she's offering rather than how pretty she looks. Trust me, I'm one of those that would rather skip a meal and take a shower rather than look like I just got out of bed. But, I can see why some of these companies that stay above water, end up having overworked sloppy looking people in them. They put themselves last. They pretty much dedicate their energy and soul to a client or project and don't take a moment to actually realize that they need to take better care of their bodies in order for them to last.

At the end of the day, this is why so many people end up burnt out and look 10 years older than what they really are. Most of the time, they're stuck with high depression and are miserable. How could they not, they put all of this time and effort and at the end of the day, if its not good then nothing was worth nothing. Ouch...
