I actually really like the show!

Although I don't understand why they keep milking Stephanie's V inability to do the job without making mistakes for 3 episodes already, I really enjoy watching the show. It's interesting to see the behind the scenes world of fashion, that despite it's glamorization in the media, it's anything but that in reality. And Kelly as the boss is great. She's caring and still gets *beep* done and more importantly, allows you to dress casually to work. Hope I can have a boss like her one day.

Except the amount of coffee that they're seen drinking on the show is ridiculous. Seriously, how many cups do they go through a day? lol

I actually agree. It's very rare I find a reality show I enjoy especially since all recent reality shows involve stupid pointless drama, fist fights, etc. If there's drama on this show it's because of certain things relating to the job, not randomly created and Kelly knows how to handle it and squash it! Judging by how slow this board is, I'm really afraid of the ratings this show is getting and don't want it to be canceled. I'd rather watch this than The Real Skanks of America or Launch my Lameass Line!

I know! I normally dislike reality shows, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this show. I work at a marketing agency and have a degree in PR, so this show is definitely my cup of tea. I hope it doesn't get cancelled!

I like the show, but the affected way Emily speaks is so annoying she needs a slap.

The Wire...the best series in the history of television

Yeah, you'll either work your butt off for Kelly and get some great experience, or your butt will be out the door. Sounds fair.

Wow, if you think Kelly is the boss of your dreams, I'd hate to see who your real boss is! I would hate to work for her. She's unhinged and totally subjective, not to mention unprofessional. Yelling and screaming does not mean you are someone to look up to. I managed a team of designers and never once yelled at them; they respected me all the same. People seem to equate being rude etc. as something that is de rigeur with bosses, and is a sign of authority, but I feel that kindness and understanding with employees is the best path. This isn't the army; you don't need a drill sargeant yelling in your face to perform. I think Kelly has control issues and likes to intimidate her staff by terrorizing them. Who would want a boss like that?

I miss this show! I didn't think Kelly was that mean. I've had directors and teachers as tough as her. Before watching this show I thought she was going to be portrayed a a real mean b****. But she seemed really on point, had every right to yell at her interns and employees when something wasn't getting done right. Her other employees were very happy to be there working for her except for the one Jr. manager who didn't seem to have it together. This show was more about the culture of the industry than Kelly Cutrone. I have teachers and directors who were just as tough as her and you gotta appreciate them for teaching discipline and work ethics, and give respect for their passion in work.

I wish they'd renew this show. I loved seeing the interns drink coffee (or whatever was in their cups). My coffee-jones went up every time I saw them drink it.
