I must say I don;t know how these people have all this time.

I assume that they all work full time jobs, so its confusing to me how they have all this time waiting and waiting for a car to be parked near them that have keys in them. A lot of the episodes take place in California with very high rent. They all look very employable, like they just stepped out of an office so you understand my confusion. How do they have time to work 8 to 10 hours a day and then stand around all day and night just waiting for a car?

These are like superhuman people with unlimited time, energy and intelligence. :>)

I must be seeing different episodes than you are. All the criminals I see stealing cars look like unemployable scum to me.
