Question - Spoiler Alert!

How many times has David abducted women?
Is Francesca his 1st? His 2nd?
We know that he has done it at least 2 times (from the very end of the movie) - how many more (If he has done it any more times)?

Or is this a question that we will never know the answer to (and perhaps is besides the point...)
