It takes good comedic acting to tow that line of lovable jerk; easily the best character on the show

I agree with this. Rajiv and Madhuri are my 2 favorite characters.

Rajiv in the past acted always like a d!ck but now he's better, on the latest episode, he was really funny but Gupta didn't stay behind neither.
