nilme2000,
Check out the commentaries too. I don't normally listen to them but I heard the commentaries with the pilot (Ben "Todd" Rappaport and Sacha "Manmeet" Dawan),
A Sitar Is Born (Anisha "Madhuri" Nagarajan and Parvesh "Gupta" Cheena), and Rajiv Ties The Baraat Pt. 2 (Rizwan "Rajiv" Manji and Diedrich "Charlie" Bader).
And I gotta say that they were all hilarious and reaffirms the fact that the whole cast and crew were good friends. You also hear little tidbits of interesting information such as Ben's singing voice wasn't dubbed (I thought he was) when he started singing in the "Sitar Is Born" episode and the numerous takes they had to do of Ajeet menacingly walking towards Todd in the pilot because the actor couldn't stop laughing.
They even lament on how the show was cancelled and how Rizwan Manji says that the Indian community loved and appreciated the show.
And lastly, in the final episode's commentary someone, I don't remember if it's Ken Kwapis the director or Robert Borden the writer who says jokingly that there may be an Outsourced movie with this cast. I know it's a long shot but you never know :)
