My only issues..

It's not horribly bad, but there were too many Issued I had with "The Witches of Oz." First off, an important rule was broken, Never introduce a new character in the third act. (Sometimes you can get away with it if said character is mentioned throughout the film. Such as Neil Diamond in "Saving Sivelrman," or King Richard in "Robin Hood Prince of Thieves." ) Two characters, the Gnome King and the Tin Man didn't appear until the climactic battle. The Tin Man should have had a cameo earlier in the film (in his "Our World" form.)
And the Gnome king, I didn't even know the guy was the Gnome king, until he says it. Like the Tin Man, he should have appeared earlier.

Also, I would loved to have seen some of the additional Oz characters in the climactic battle, like Jack Pumpkinhead and Tick-Tock. Jack appeared in the beginning, (during the oz sequence,) but that was it. I was even hoping that Nick would be revealed to be Jack Pumpkinhead.

I did, however appreciate that the film followed the books rather than the movie. (I.E. Silver Shoes instead of Ruby Slippers.)

Tin Man did have a cameo in his human form.
It was RICK the delivery guy. You see him briefly in the candy shop at the beginning of the film.
I do agree with the Nome King tho, that was not well done =(

It's implied that Nick is actually Tik-Tok. In the Oz sequence in the first episode, after the energy from the key swirls around Dorothy (before sending her back to Kansas), it's also shown enveloping the Scarecrow, the Lion and the Tinman, sending them to Earth as well. When there's a flashback to this scene in the second episode, Tik-Tok is shown in the next room, also getting caught up in the energy from the key. So while on Earth the Scarecrow becomes Allen, the Lion becomes Bryan, and the Tinman becomes Rick, it's strongly hinted that Tik-Tok became Nick.
