The Mountie portrays the old system of sending Mounties out through the vast acres of Canada. The Mountie through his past life and trial remains Noble and Firm of Judgement. It is suitable for children to watch.
Did you even watch this movie? I wouldn't say it's suitable for children. Sure, it depends on the child (and the parents), but there is violence and blood in this. Not to mention, I don't think a child would be entertained by it. It's fairly bleak and not particularly exciting. What child is interested in a man's addiction to opium?
Beyond all that, I have to disagree and just say I think this is a lazy, poorly written movie with low production value. Very disappointing, actually. As far as I know there has yet to be a good solid movie that portrays Mounties well. Too bad.
