I agree! I am definitely going to watch it tonight! It is so much better than having to wait however many months it takes for it to get to Hulu, in order to finish out the series. I still say it is a shame that such a wonderful show was cancelled before it had the chance to prove that it is worth the slow start. Remember when the networks stuck with shows for at least 2-3 seasons to give it a chance to take off? The rumor nowadays is that it is too expensive to do that, since the economy is so bad, but doesn't it cost more to keep picking up new shows all the time? I'm not sure how it works, but it just seems to me that it would be more cost effective to stick with a show for a couple of seasons.

Mine too! Wouldn't have even known it was on but noticed the DVR was recording and turned the TV on to find out what. I AM SO EXCITED!!! And now I see there's a second episode on after this one. Thank you CBS!!! Now if you will just un-cancel the show.

I think, THINK that they are airing at least one episode next Saturday, too. This was a fantastic surprise and I wish they would give this show a chance.

They sure as hell didn't tell anyone they were putting them on the air. I wouldn't have known about them if they weren't set to be recorded on my DVR.

I disagree. My tv listings said it was going to be ncis la - fortunately I recorded it and was pleasantly surprised that it was chaos. Unfortunately I missed the 8pm episode

That's a bold statement. If something's been cancelled, why would anyone look at guides, schedules, etc. to find it? I had no idea it was being aired, and not because I didn't want to find it. CBS obviously never had any faith in this show to begin with, starting it at the very end of the season, putting it on Friday night (which everyone knows is a killer), and hardly advertising it AT ALL! It was a good show but one which CBS never gave a chance, and to say that it doesn't "deserve" to be burned off is an entirely inflammatory and short-sighted statement.

Perhaps in your area, but perhaps not advertised in all areas. Did you ever think of that??? I know in my area there were commercials the first time around, but for the showing on the 28th, I didn't see one commercial an I knew about it a week before, but didn't see ONE all week long.

You might think about that before y'all start putting each other down.

I only saw a couple. Conceivably, I was on a diff channel. I heard very little early on about it. Besides, friday IS a terrible night for shows to take hold.

Also, even Cheers struggled @ first & was not a hit, until the 2nd season. These people have itchy trigger fingers.

I rarely saw a commercial for this show. The network didn't publicize enough to expect it to succeed. I'm only now, finding out all about it. Had they done so, I'd have looked for it.

How is something canceled before any advertising? I watch TV a lot and stumbled on this by accident. Still never know when it is on - this week my listing showed NCIS which I can't stand and it was random luck I caught these 2 episodes.

Chromeslice - As airily correct as you are - and you've made that very clear, thank you - you don't get the point people are making. CBS said the show was cancelled. Ergo, not shown any more. Why would people look on your glorious Internet if they are told that CBS has cancelled the show? To follow your line of thinking, we would all check every day for every show we like that has been cancelled. CBS is at fault here - not the confused fans.

Yes- you've made your point. Somehow we were all supposed to divine that there may be unaired episodes that they would burn off so we could google it to find out when. I personally don't usually spend a lot of time looking for something I am not even aware exists, but then, I have better things to do with my time. I also have better things to do than to look up TV schedules when the season has ended for most TV shows. My point was that CBS put the show on Friday night at the end of the season- two things that point clearly to the fact that they had no faith in the show. I note that you did not address either of those points in your arrogant replies.

After reading through all these posts the only thing that really matters is that Chromeslice is a moron.

Come to a message board about a show you care nothing about to blast people for no reason at all. Fact is they cancelled the show and didn't tell anyone that they were going to air the remaining episodes. I went looking for episodes after it was cancelled and there was no information about it until recently.

You have done nothing but make yourself look like an idiot by arguing about such a stupid thing and you aren't even trying to understand what everyone here has been saying. Take your stupidity elsewhere your arrogant piece of garbage.

You think everything you say is right and that these shows all sucked. So why the hell are you devoting so much of your pathetic time to them. Personally, I don't go to the net to determine what has been cancelled. Usually, it is from a print medium. If they also mention a schedule change, I'll know to go there.

I just came here tonight, to see what people think of the show.
