Online Viewing?

Where can i buy it? I checked amazong and the only US compatible version, i guess, is some chinese bootleg with horrible subs. Did they even release this in reg 1 with english subs? it took me a whole lot of searching online to even find a stream and i want to give my moneys to people who made this.
