Okay. However that's a prescription for perpetual unhappiness. Same as Groucho Marx's not wanting to belong to a club that won't have him. Not all men feel this way, BTW, which is a good thing.
To the OP: it was obvious to me that these old men couldn't achieve penetration even if that's what it was about for them. It was really about control over someone powerless to the point of unconsciousness, and as another poster said, having some sort of sexual contact with young and beautiful women who, if conscious and not overt prostitutes, would have nothing to do with them.
