Note to many who may be interested, Of Gods and Men actually offered a remarkably good portrayal of the rhythms of day-to-day life in a catholic religious community. The externals may be different (the community could be in the countryside or in an urban setting), but the prayers, the meetings, the meals that's pretty accurate.
