Just seen the final episode of series 3 which is apparently the last ever episode:
I guess there ain't going to be anymore St Saviours even in the fictonal universe the show inhabits which sucks :(

Hollander has said that everyone just wants to "pause" - as far as I know there has been no definitive "it's over" yet.
There are plenty of ways the church could be saved and we could get back to normal - unfortunately it depends on the real-life commitments of the stars.
