Spoilers What will the zombies be eating in society?

I might have missed this in the movie due to lack of attention but, once the zombies are "heating up" so to speak, what will they be eating? Are they still craving brains or will they be eating human food?

Throughout the movie they kept telling us they eat brains (or human flesh whatever), Julie asked R. if he needs to eat brains in order to stay alive, he said yes. How are they going to keep them fed?

Maybe I'm just overthinking this, as it is a *beep* movie, but *beep* movies should have some plausible explanations and I feel like this didn't get explained at all.

R. didn't get his memories back, Marcus still has zombiefingers (as he put it himself), they still walk and talk slower than humans so I'm assuming the zombievirus doesn't completely go away.

Yeah, reading this back I'm very much overthinking this and if they still eat brains, they're probably going to do it Twilight-style and eat animal brains...

In the movie it's not really touched on, but in the book R just isn't hungry once he starts really starts changing. He actually tries to eat someone at one point and just vomits it back up in this weird last hurrah sort of thing. So I'd assume that they don't get hungry once they start to change more, and then once they're alive again it'd be human food again?
