Because I read that people were comparing it to Twilight, not just because Teresa Palmer looks like Kristen Stewart. It's kind of a romantic action comedy and as a girl I really liked the movie. So I was wondering if it's too romantic for guys or not.
Twilight sucks though IMO :P

I liked it actually, it was a bit slow in parts but overall it was original entertaining and had a few funny parts. The romance aspect was not done over the top either like it was in Twilight(couldn't stand that).

My husband and son both liked it. Neither thought the romantic stuff was sappy or over-the-top. Neither thought Teresa Palmer looked like Kristen Stewart, either. But then again, neither of them can stand Kristen Stewart (nor can I), and they both thought Teresa Palmer was pretty and liked how she played the character.
A male co-worker also saw it and said much of the same stuff. He liked the idea of seeing the world from a zombie's perspective and liked all the actors.

shareI'm a guy, and I loved it. Might be my favorite movie of the year to date. I like a good love story if the leads click, and they absolutely do in this film. It's also a unique blend of romance, horror, sci-fi, drama, and comedy. Director Jonathan Levine did a very superb job of balancing all the different genres and finding the right tone from beginning to end.
