A funny thing happened while watching this show

I now have a lot less fear of 2012. If morons like these guys believe something is going to happen I think there is a pretty good chance we are all pretty safe afterall. I mean comeon! Not one "expert" who spoke in this appeared to have an IQ over 100. The main archeologist (if he seriously can call himself that) is a moronic hack who I am sure would be laughed out of any respectable university or organization of Archeology. As other people on this board have pointed out, that "monument" lol, was nothing more than a weathered rock. I have rocks in my backyard that look way more like carved monuments than that rock. There was no sign of a puma either. It didn't even come close to resembling a croutching puma. I have never felt so dumb for wasting my time before. Thanks God I DVDR'd so I was able to skip much of their nonsense.

You know who I feel really sorry for is the poor explorer guy for going through all of that with that hack. I mean he could've died climbing the weathered rock. All for absolutely nothing. History channel has shoved some more cheap moronic television at us once again. I feel my intelligence was insulted. Cashing in on the 2012 fear craze has become more and more pathetic.

Oh and btw - The Mayans never once said the world would end on 2012. That's just as far out as they had made the calendar. That's all. Idiots.

After watching about 30 minutes of the program, I had already guessed that the guy called "the expert" was a complete hack, and that this whole thing about his great discovery was going to be utter BS. Otherwise he would have showed it right from the beginning, and why so much buildup? because this thing was more a reality show than a documentary. I do not feel like those two hours were a complete waste of time though, because the "monument" in the end was far worse than what I expected that it was pure hilarity.

I can only take comfort in that even the most gullible morons probably ended with a WTF? expression of their faces. That hack archaeologist wannabe probably won't ever be on TV again. What a moron!
