I don't have a DVR so I can't rewind it and check, but I'm fairly certain the dummy they used for the bull goring had the wrong colored hair (if any at all). Everything else looked okay but the head was clearly not that of the character

Yeah, I noticed that too. I watched it online and re-watched that part.
The dummy had yellow/orange hair. You'd think they would at least try for some sort of continuity considering the actor had black hair.
Heh, I noticed that, too, and I rewound it, but it's just a glare of the sun right behind its head with a sort of yellow-y colored sky that makes it look like a blonde dummy.
