Shonda Rhimes could have heart surgeons Teddy from Grey's Anatomy, and Sam from Private Practice fly to New York in a special crossover episode to wrap up Off the Map's storyline. The two part crossover episode would guest star Rachelle Lefevre as Dr. Ryan Clark and Martin Henderson as Dr. Ben Keeton from Off the Map.
