Ryan is the only likable character in my opinion

She is just this strong kickass female doctor :D lol

Oh and I forgot to mention Otis. I like that character too :D

Yeah, Ryan is pretty awesome. Rachel is doing a good job, she's so different from Twilight. And while she's "perky" she's not annoying.

I like her too, although I like Ben too since I watch the series because of him... but I don't like the fact that he likes that Lily character more then Ryan.

i know right. i think ben should totally be with Ryan instead of that damn Lily. i barely like lily

I like all of the characters okay enough.

Zach Gilford's character seems to get a lot of hate but I like him since it's so different than his character on Friday Night Lights.

I also like Martin Henderson's character, simply because I like Martin Henderson.

Lol, I call him Saracen no matter what show or movie he is in. I miss Matty. He is extremely different from the stuttering QB1 on FNL but I am warming up to this character.

It looks like Ryan might not be sticking around. Her character has a heart condition and it appears like she could provide the cliff hanger for season one.

I like all of them for the most part (there is no one I dislike) but I agree, Ryan is by far my favorite. I really hope this heart thing gets fixed, or treated or something that can keep her around for a while. She is the strongest character on the show (in my opinion).
