I had no idea this was a comedy

I thought it was just a really poor teen drama that never really went anywhere. Was very surprised to find out that it was supposed to be funny.

Must have watched about 10 episodes (had it on in the background so I was never really watching it to be fair) before I churches something on the tv guide and it said "sitcom".

Could not believe it.

Maybe the humour is very much for people from the united states of America because I am baffled as to how it is supposed to be funny.

Ok.

Perfect response. Eff this guy.

I'm not really sure how you thought it was a teen drama considering the characters are in their late 20's/early 30's...

It's clever and witty. And if that's a bad thing, I don't want to leave the US! Although in fact I really do. I like the Canadians.

Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.

I always marvel at posts like these.

"*badmouth badmouth* ... Oh, by the way, I turned it off after 3 minutes"

"This wasn't funny/gripping/entertaining enough for me as I did some paperwork in the kitchen with this on in the background in the other room"

"This morally bankrupt filth is corrupting our kids! ... no, I haven't seen it, but still!"

If you didn't actually watch or pay attention to something, any judgment you pass on it beyond "it didn't grab me" is just trolling.

OP said he/she watched 10 episodes.

This is the most original thread of all-time.

Boy you must be fun at parties (outside North America at least).

People from outside the USA just havent been trying too entertain themselves long enough. They just got passed barely surviving. The country that created television and the sitcom is so far ahead that our humor has been desensitized and evolved too the point where we are creating new forms of comedy too keep giving us the new varieties of comedy. like the interview, while watching that all I could think was holy crap the people in North Korea buying this on the black market are never going too get it. Their gonna need democracy, capitalism, and a couple hundred if not more years too be in the right place.

Are you serious ?

I think I just got drunk from reading that.

Odd. I'm watching in the U.K, Wales to be precise, but found it quite funny straight away. Maybe there's something dented with your sense of humour?
