Looking for an episode

I'm not sure if this is a CSI episode or from Body of Proof. In this particular episode a man is found dead in his car. The team soon find out that the man was married, had a passenger who wore a friendship bracelet and was a driving instructor {may have also been a high school teacher}. It turns out that a girl commited suicide because the deceased was blackmailing her into sex/was a paedophile. The girl's friends all band together and give the same story which means that they can't tell who was in the car and therefore they can't tell who was directly responsible.
