Gameplay references and items in this

Was watching this again tonight, and as I watched I just noticed how OBVIOUS things are like the way the walls are set up in the scenes (with the barrels and the signs and the posts), then the things really in the foreground like the carts of hay and so forth. After having played (and completed the game) everything just stood out so obviously even when they weren't used in that capactity in the short film.

Anyone notice things like that?

I thought it was cool how they showed how the hidden blade was stuffed up.

In-Game is actually worse, due to the amount of stuff that glimmers. Nothing does that in real life, at least not in the way it does in-game.

But yeah, although the scenery looks bloody obvious in Lineage, that's because it's pasted in directly from the game and also why the film has the same atmosphere. it's a good technique and a great idea, but does mean certain items that were built in real life for the actors to interact with end up looking a touch comic-booky, like they're made of papier mache or something. This is more evident in things like the D&D movies.
