Can You Help me Locate This Scene?

In Series 4, (I think) there was a scene in a restaurant. The waitress replies to a request with "No problem" and Cleaver makes a speech about that expression to his dining partner. I have the dvd but I can't find the scene.

Cleaver: have you noticed how people keep saying not a problem, i didn't expect there was going to be a problem😂

It is episode 6 i think ...... The one where Cal turns up at the house looking for Missy and Missy locks Wendy in the bedroom.

Wendy runs over Mrs Clinton

Their wasn't an interaction with anyone that sparked it though he was just having a rant to Missy about it.

I swear, Cleave has simply ruined some words or phrases for me. If I hear them, I just crack up. The same is true for crosswalk signals. If someone walks up and pushes it after I have, well, you just know it is a struggle not to go there.

Cleave should write an autobiography called "The Art of Letting Go; NOT"
