Let's talk about what's good in this movie...

The music in the early part is great, a snapshot of great rock music from the '70s, ZZ Top, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd, April Wine and Y&T for pete's sake. Every time one of these tunes came on I said "Damn, I've never heard THAT in a movie before!" I still own the albums that every one of those songs came from.

The other thing is Gerard Butler is quite convincing as a biker, much more so than as a preacher. I was acquainted with an Outlaw many yrs ago and was reminded of him several times. Somewhat dangerous guys but fun to party with.

So I truly enjoyed like the first 1/3 of the movie. It went downhill from there.
