They all jumped down her throat about leaving Franny without anyone to take her to school, she tells them "You guys said one of you would take her" and all of them said "No we didn't" and when infact yes they did. I just went back and watched it again, Lip, Mickey, and Ian all said they would Yet Lip is the one giving her a big responsibility lecture and yelled at her as if she just left Franny without getting anyone to take her. Even though he said he would taker her and he just leaves.

Watch it again. The point of the scene was that multiple people were asking questions. No one was responding to Debbie. They were answering Carl, she thought they were answering her.
