I thought it was hikarious how he tried do hard to avoid a boner only for the stitches to open up. I loved the scene with the boys in the ambulance.

I was cringing for him the entire episode. How sad that Carl got his wee wee snipped, but his little girlfriend cheated on him, contracted a STD, and the father is coming after faithful Carl.

It is called a PREVIEW that happens at the end of the episode, and it is in the season preview. It is also called an ASSUMPTION because I can only assume that is why Dominique has a STD.

If Carl had gotten an STD from Debbie's friends, wouldn't it have shown up a lot sooner than this? Plus they've been using condoms, I know they're not 100% foolproof, but at least Carl's smart enough (at least in this area) to be safe.

I really don't get the 72 hours thing. What if you wake up with morning wood? Rush to the hospital every time?

That made no sense at all. Even if he was able to get his stitches out after 72 hours, there is no way his penis would be healed enough for sexual activity. Given that he popped his stitches several times, and the doctor commented on the horrible state of his remaining skin, it would probably take weeks to heal. I can't believe any female would want to put that thing in her mouth in the state it was in.

And it makes no sense that he kept popping a boner anyway. He just got part of his penis sliced off, had to be in horrific pain, yet he was able to get sexually aroused miltiple times? C'mon. I know he's 16 but please.
