Why would she advise them to have V and Kevin higher than her on their in case of emergency list? Especially when they have their own crazy family life with actual babies going on.
shareBecause like everything else she does, she is throwing all caution to the wind, and diving in head first - possibly reasoning "they're adults, and while we are family, that doesn't mean I am responsible for them"l anymore, and AFAIAC, Kev and V are like family anyway", and if she is going to stop being their Emergency Contact, she's going whole hog.
shareIf fiona really wanted to be badass, she would thrown out all her siblings who are of working age and make them fend for themselves. However she did the tough love approach and told debs she aint raising another kid when her baby sister choose to get knocked up.
