Did Debbie get the welfare like Frank told her to ?

Last Season Frank got the Welfare Form with Debbie , Frank was like an expert at the Welfare office , he advice Debbie to avoid vitamin to get more money from child with birth defect .

Now Debbie is complains about not having enough money to pay the nanny and Fiona is charging her rent .

Does Debbie get the welfare ,if she is getting it , is that enough to pay Fiona ?

It might not be enough, she seems to be spending her thieving money of bull$hit. I know of people who make over 100 k a year and they don't pay for Nigerian nannies at midnight.

Her welfare would pay for food and diapers.....certainly not nannies.
