She really might have a low IQ. I know Frank kinda "walked" her through the whole government assistance deal, but she MUST be entitled to something. Foodstamps? WIC? Medicaid? Free daycare? She's a minor, makes ZERO DOLLARS and has an infant. Be serious.

It's kind of dumb saying Frank is a decent humanitarian now, while saying the kid he played a major part in screwing up is worse than him. One possibly decent act(not sure about his motives) doesn't change a lifetime of horrible actions. He is still treating strangers better than he ever treated his own kids. So not sure how that fits "decent humanitarian". This is the same guy who is currently in the process of ruining Liam's life. It's not like he changed who he is.

If Frannie was getting free daycare, then Debbie could have either gotten a job (to pay for night nanny) or slept during the day. Plus, Debbie was taking Frannie everywhere with her during the day, so we know she's not getting daycare. The question is, WHY NOT?
Debbie is a terrible baby mama. It is just really unreal to me that these people come from a Chicago slum and don't know how to get government assistance.

No baby and she would stand out like the useless person she has become. Daycare would be counterproductive for her and defeat the purpose.
