Maybe a Leo and Ben relationship would be more appropriate.
(Edit- And as suggested by P-K-One in another thread, a Kate-Lauren relationship would be optimal)
They are building up towards Kate + Ben but I'm sure they'll dismount that pretty quick and turn her back to Justin by the series finale.
shareI never thought I'd lose my Trucco-shipping (tho, he does tend to be the guy that "is beautiful, but ends up losing the love of the woman," ie BG and Castle), but I hope the end-game isn't Justin. Ben was right: he's her bungee cord, and there were several hints that they just weren't happy in their marriage (exhibit a: cheating - sometimes cheating serves a purpose, in that it shows you that the person you're with isn't the right one for you). Ben is a better match for Kate - she might have a chance to grow up with him.
shareI could understand his cheating even though I don't agree with it. Did you actually see how Cate treated him he could not get five minutes with her. She just blew him off at every chance she got. And would not slow down for anything.
She would do the same thing with Ben but he has more time with her and is more successful from it.
Justin seems to love her, but no longer is her doormat as he started dating and all but told Cate to give Ben a try, she then goes back to him (i guess the sex is that good) in what looks as he is just safe for her.
Maybe they will put him with Lauren as she is not with someone yet and I doubt if they will fire him for lack of stories for him.
