OK we know that Angela made up MEGAN and the whole story but Angela DOES have a daughter called Megan because Abby said to Nev's face that she hadn't seen Megan for ages and wouldn't know what she looks like now.....so who IS Megan?

You could tell she was supposed to say something but forgot when he asked her a straight question about her painting and she said "you're confusing me". Maybe she was given a brief along the lines of "if he asks, you have a sister called Megan but you don't know what she looks like".
