I would be MORTIFIED if I was Angela and my online "lover" showed up at my place unannounced with a film crew, lights, mics, and caught me in my web of lies. The fact that she owned up to it and dropped everything and let him in her home, even in Abby's bedroom, drove him to get Abby and let him hang out for as long as he did tells me that Nev must have offered Angela and Vince money or something because in real life people wouldn't do that or be so welcoming.

This faux documentary was very anticlimactic and boring. The premise sounded interesting, but the fact that they decided to film Nev's journey with a person he met online who happened to lead him on in a web of lies creating a basic plotline, climax and ending in a nice little package and bow was unrealistic.

Yawn. What a waste.
